Collection: Autumn Tea

Autumn is a colorful season but also a season with colder temperatures, rain and wind. That is why you will find some herbal teas in this collection that can provide support during these windy rainy and colder days.

In Chinese Medicine, tea is classified according to the cooling or warming properties of the tea. Warming teas from the Camellia Sinensis plant are more like Oolong tea, Red tea (=Black tea) and Black tea (=Fermented Tea, Pu Erh tea).

Because it is also the time of colds and windy conditions, we are going to compose our herbal teas with warming or cooling properties that also have antibacterial properties.

Autumn is associated with the metal element, which in traditional Chinese medicine is represented by < strong>the color white and organs such as the lungs and the large intestine.

Autumn can evoke feelings of sadness and nostalgia in ourselves and those who have to deal with seasonal changes. It is therefore also good to let go of all the pent up feelings so that they no longer consume energy and therefore more energy can flow to the organs.

These herbal teas are sold for making a hot drink and are not intended to treat any medical condition . Always consult a doctor if in doubt.
