How to make ginger tea?

As a tea : Place 1 teaspoon of ginger pieces in a cup (200ml) of hot water and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes.

Do you want to get even more properties from the ginger pieces or could it be a bit stronger? Then make a decoction.

Then boil 4 to 6 tablespoons of ginger pieces in 1 liter of water for 20 minutes (the longer the cooking time, the stronger) and then let them cool in the water (possibly in the refrigerator overnight), strain and drink. If necessary, add some honey and orange or lemon to your drink.

Ginger tea is delicious both hot and cold.
