How do you brew Gong Fu Style Tea?

1. Verwarm eerst je theeset met warm water en giet deze daarna weg.

2. Doe 3-3,5 gram (per 100ml water) Osmanthus thee in de verwarmde Gaiwan of Theepot van 100ml.

3. Geniet nu van de lekker ruikende aroma's die vrijkomen uit de droge theeblaadjes en Osmanthusbloemetjes.

4. Ontwaak de thee door 70°C water over de Osmanthus thee te gieten en deze direct weer weg te gieten. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de thee ontwaakt en klaar is voor zijn eerste infusie.

5. Geniet nu van de lekker ruikende natte theeblaadjes en bloemetjes. (De aroma's zijn nu veranderd)

6. Infuseer nu de thee met 65°C tot 70°C water en laat 15 seconden infuseren.

7. Decanteer de thee in een jouw kopje of Gong Dao Bei (karafje)

8. Geniet van jouw lekker kopje Gui Hui Sweet Osmanthus thee.

Je kunt deze Gui Hui Sweet Osmanthus groene thee zeker nog 5x infuseren, en tel telkens 5 seconden extra bij. (Volgens jouw eigen smaakbehoefte)

Which water do you use best?

Water is a very important part of brewing tea and herbal infusions!

The best water is soft, low in minerals with a neutral PH value (= 7PH neutral) and a high redox potential. Use water with a residual value below 50mg/l and a high redox potential.

Water with a lot of residues are waters that contain a lot of antioxidants disappeared.

How do you store loose leaf tea?
