When can I expect my order?

The average delivery time is 2 - 3 days.

 

The expected delivery time has passed, where will my order be?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process.

Have you not received anything 3 days after the expected delivery time? Please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

I am missing some products with my order, how is that possible?

If you have ordered multiple products, they may be sent in different packages.

 

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs for sending a package are € 6.95 per order for Belgium and € 7.95 for the Netherlands

Order above €35, - we take care of the delivery costs.

  

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

Yes. You can return any order to us within 14 days without giving any reason.

 

I want to return an item, what should I do?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition and with labels and tags. The product must not contain any traces of use.

A return shipment must always be provided with a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.

Once we have received the returned items, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 30 days.

Where can I find my Track and Trace code?

On this Track & Trace page you can enter your email address and order number to track your package.

 

The Track and Trace code does not indicate any information, how is this possible?

As soon as your package has arrived at the mail order company, the Track and Trace information is available. Please note that there may be some delay between the two.
